How do we do it?
We adhere to your already in place HOA or Property Management Company. In other words, we make an excellent addition to the team you already have in place.

What do we do?
We can handle any of your landscaping and irrigation needs for your community. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Grounds Maintenance - We do entrances, roadways, mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing off, hauling away debris (from the premises entirely), pruning and trimming plants and trees to maintain their proper shape, and weeding through hand pulling and spray treatments (EPA approved chemicals only). This is FULL service. This is a basic summary and does not include all that we do.
- Irrigation Maintenance - regular inspection and maintenance of all aspects of the entire system to ensure the system is leak free (keep water costs down), ensure proper watering, proper coverage for landscape needs and season, ensure that the irrigation isn't causing damage to the rest of the property (irrigation spraying exterior surfaces such as buildings and fences can ruin the durability of the surfaces), unclogging screens, assuring proper timer settings, etc. We can come out regularly as a part of our maintenance plan or for emergent repairs.
- Tree Services - trimming, pruning, installation, and removal. We also do hurricane prep by pruning and trimming trees to maximize their strength, form, wind resistance, and decrease the amount of debris that they can throw during a storm.
- Landscape Installation - Is your community in need of sod, or new plants? Do you need to replace a tree that has died? We can install mulch on a scheduled basis - annually, biannually, or as needed (kid friendly mulch for playgrounds). We specialize in landscape installation and can handle any and all of your needs.
- Cleanups and hauling - We can handle any of your cleanup and hauling needs. This can include post-hurricane or storm debris that need clearing and hauling based on emergent need. For example: a tree down on your roadway.
- Quarterly Flower Installs - Many of our communities love this feature. We come out every 3 months and install beautiful in season flowers (ex: Poinsettias in December).
- Maintenance of common areas/playgrounds - This can include our typical grounds maintenance, but also can include other services: trash can emptying and hauling away of trash, installations of commercial grade trash cans and benches or picnic tables on the property, etc.
